SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing will take approximately 4-6 business days. Once packages are shipped transit times are dependent upon the shipping method selected.

 

Shipping costs are based on the package weight and final destination. All packages are insured by UPS for the full retail value; however, once a package has been delivered, artbyrileymills.com and UPS are no longer responsible for providing insurance for the package.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Art By Riley Mills purchase, please contact our Customer Service at rileym@gmail.com     We are here to help!

Customer Service must be contacted for an authorization for your return or exchange to be accepted.

All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an e-commerce credit or exchange. Refunds are not permitted.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
